Outlet - ‘the site of possibility’ - Meeting other rivers

At the outlet scientists from the Philippines, Vietnam and the United Kingdom came together to meet through their rivers. These rivers were:

  1. The Marakina River, flowing through Metro Manilla, The Philippines.

  2. The Red River, passing Hanoi, Vietnam

  3. The Dee River, flowing through Aberdeenshire, The United Kingdom

The Living with Water Exhibition

Intracultural engagement between three rivers developed an exhibition, which was exhibted in the Ateneo Art Gallery in Ateneo de Manila University, in Metro Manila, The Philippines

The exhibition was based on a ‘site of possibility’

The exhibition was divided into three spaces.

Space 1: Artworks of the three Rivers

Space 2: Narratives given by people who had experienced flooding of the Marakina River

Space 3: A place to for viewers to become participants and express ideas and experiences relating to living with water to realize a different future living with water
